Returns Policy

Products will only be refunded if deemed faulty by Soy and Lace. We will not replace products for change of mind. Products must be returned to us, and once received and assessed, we will exchange the product or give store credit in full if deemed the product is faulty.

If products are damaged in transit, photographic evidence must be sent to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. A replacement will be sent as soon as possible.
